  • Ensure only the Genyz SIM is inserted in the device
  • Ensure data roaming is enabled on device
  • Ensure APN configuration is correct
  • To configure the APN, reach out to our Technical support to assist you
  • If problem persists, insert sim into mobile device to ensure SIM is functioning
  • If problem persists, insert local sim into POS device to ensure device is functioning
  • Ensure the correct APN configuration is done on the device
  • Ensure roaming is enabled
  • If problem persists, contact the PTAD of the device to check their backend, and make the necessary changes
  • Verify if the SIM is active.
  • Confirm if the SIM is on a session.
  • Ensure the Access Point Name (APN) is correctly set up.
  • Make sure the baud rate and port number are properly aligned
  • Ensure the device IP address matches the SIM IP address.
  • Restart the device to see if the issue resolves.
  • If the issue still persists activate the SIM on another device to determine if the issue is with the SIM card or the original device
